Looking forward to 2023 and beyond
After a successful 2022, we are looking forward to further expanding our expert team, building on our range of services, and increasing our footprint in 2023 and beyond.
With this in mind, we are delighted to announce the following changes to our Executive team:
- Senior Associate Director, Rhona McAteer, has been promoted to Executive Director
- Head of QA, Shona Ross, has been promoted from Associate Director to Director
- Head of Operations, Lianne Roeling, has been promoted from Associate Director to Director
Vis-à-vis the recent changes, Rhona commented: “The further development of the Senior leadership team allows us to concentrate on client needs, building on the strengths of the existing team and planning for future opportunities by being more flexible and reactive to our clients’ challenging needs.”
Tower Mains’ co-founders Dr Andrew and Fiona Waddell continue to be an integral part of the team; however, they will be taking oversight roles, allowing Rhona, Shona, and Lianne to look after the day-to-day running of activities. Andrew said, “These appointments significantly strengthen our senior management team and provide the platform for continuity and growth of our services.”
We also look forward to welcoming two new members to the team this month, enhancing our QA and training services.
