A Reflection on 10 Years of Quality and Compliance Challenges

At the 2024 RQA Conference, Anna Lothian, Katarina Eghan, and Rita Silvestre joined forces to create an insightful poster that revisits the challenges discussed in the QUASAR article “Causes of Effects – What Should We Measure?” published in October 2014. Whilst improvements have been made, many of these challenges remain relevant ten years later.

The poster explores these persistent challenges and highlights practical strategies and proactive steps to drive lasting change, helping to reduce the risk of recurring quality and compliance issues.
