Training Development Associate 

Tower Mains Limited is an international provider of Quality Assurance and Clinical / Quality Management consultancy services. We are already recognised as leaders in the delivery of training to life sciences organisations and we wish to appoint a Training Development Associate to further develop our training services. 

The main focus of this position will be the organisation and development of training services to clients. This will involve: 

·        Organisation and delivery of our public training programmes 

·        Working with clients to develop bespoke training products 

·        Advising and supporting colleagues in training delivery 

·        Developing innovative approaches to training and development. 

Applicants should have experience of working in clinical or non-clinical life sciences and have an understanding of the importance of quality in research and development. They must be able to deliver training in areas relevant to their areas of experience and to research new training topics and methodology. We will be particularly interested in applicants who can bring innovative approaches to ensure effective, engaging training.  

The person appointed will have strong personal communication skills and will have the self-confidence to work with colleagues and clients at all levels.
