Tower Mains is an established, international quality company assisting commercial and non-commercial organisations with training, audit and consultancy.
We have recently established our Clinical Consultancy division in response to increased demand for support from organisations running clinical trials. Consequently, we are looking to increase our expert Clinical Consultancy team.
These are senior positions and applicants will need to have experience in organisation of clinical trials in a commercial, NHS or academic environment.
Typical duties include:
- analysing clients’ systems for compliance with clinical regulations and guidelines;
- designing quality programmes to meet these requirements;
- preparing policies, procedures, systems, instructions etc
- training and mentoring clients’ staff
- organising total quality programmes for clients including clinical audit and oversight services.
We are totally committed to the importance of a good work/life. balance. These positions will be home-based (office facilities will optionally be available in Edinburgh). You will have a high degree of control over your working pattern and part-time / flexible contracts are available. This might be particularly attractive to parents with young children.
Most importantly, you will have great personal communication skills and will be happy working with staff at all levels in our clients’ organisations.
